• Gisella Gruberto add one more At-Large policy session to the schedule. 
• During ICANN71 Planning Committee call of 13 May, final sessions to be confirmed. 
• All proposals for policy sessions, including the EURALO Policy Session, to be have titles and descriptions sent in by 13 May.

• Gisella Gruber to schedule EURALO policy session Wednesday at lunch tmie and the  social on Thursday in slot 4 with no interpretation.
• PC71 will hold weekly meeting going forward at the same slot.
• Next meeting to focus on the topics of the At-Large policy sessions.

• Claudia Ruiz to send a Google. poll to the ICANN71 Planning Group with the policy topics with a deadline of Wed. 28th .  The PC will select the top 3 sessions for the three At-Large Policy  Sessions. 
• Prep Week. -  No Prep week calls
• Intersessional Week: 1) At-Large Overview for At-Large 71. - 7 June; 2) EURALO Town Hall - 8th June; 3) O/E call - promotion of two At-Large ICANN Learn courses; 
• ICANN71 At-Large sessions   (9 sessions) - At-Large Welcome Session (Day 1); Wrap Up Session (Day 4); Three At-Large Policy Sessions, ALAC/GAC meeting; AFRALO-AfrICANN; EURALO Policy Session and EURALO Social Event. 
• Claudia Ruizto schedule an ICANN71 Call the week of 26 April.

  • IDNs/LGRs (with ccNSO and GNSO);
  • European-focused plenary session on DNS Abuse  or EPDP:GDPR:NIS
• At-Large Policy Sessions
  • Gisella Gruber to include At-Large Policy session with title of: Governmental Regulatory Developments and Community Discussion. joanna.kulesza to lead this session. 
  • Gisella Gruber to work with jonathan.zuck on planning one Policy Session that utilizes break out rooms and Jamboard.
• RALO  Meetings: EURALO Town Hall during Prep Week (1 June?) with break out rooms (NOTE now on 8 June) ; Social Event on Tuesday during  ICANN71; AFRALO on Day 3.
