1. O/E to work with staff to coordinate Outreach at events such as IGF, for example to set up an At-Large booth.
2. Staff to ask AFRALO for statistics from Morocco outreach events.
3. At-Large Onboarding to be included in the next meeting Agenda.
4. RALO representatives to O/E to come prepared to present their O/E 2017 strategies, including outreach ideas on outreach materials such as brochures, videos, buttons, sponsorship, cocktails, breakfast, booth, tokens/swag, etc.
