Action Items 2016-09-20 ALAC Subcommittee on Outreach and Engagement

Adam Peake to keep SC on O/E updated on plans to bring students from the Indian Institute of Technology and Law School - 4 November. Aim is to bring students to the venue to particpate in the Newcomers Day activities. Perhaps SC on O/E can be involved.
Gisella Gruber to produce table to be created that will outline all of the Outreach/Engagement activities taking place in ICANN 57 showing dates/times to help avoid conflict. This includes social activities.
satish.babu to send a message of promotional items he would like to request for the Indian Summer School.
SC on O/E to produce a document to explain and encourage academia to join At-Large.
SC on O/E working with staff to identify members of academia and their institutions.
satish.babu to identify promotional items for Capacity Building sessions, including possible USBs, links to Ebooks, etc.
Siranush Vardanyan to inform the SC on O/E of the plans for the Fellows at ICANN 57.
APRALO leadership to contact Glenn McKnight regarding the production of "Ask me about APRALO" and "Ask me about At-Large" buttons.
