  Olivier Crepin-Leblond: (16:42) remember that the Board needs details "to do lists". So it doesn"t need recommendations like "do something which will help disabled communities. Instead the recommendation should be written as: in order to benefit the disabled communities, the Board should do: 1. make usre all designs for Web pages are compliant with disability guidelines. 2. make sure conference centers where ICANN meetings are held are disabled-friendly etc. etc. Just saying the recommendations need to be really straight forward & clear.

  Glenn McKnight: (16:43) Clarification.  Judith and I  are  working on item 11   in google doc  and then we will share
