Action Items: 2017-03-31 EURALO Board Conference Call

Two possible events to be accepted under CROPP timelines are : - 6 - 7 June 2017 EuroDIG, Tallin, Estonia and the WSIS Forum in June -Geneva
The recommendation and decision by members present was to focus on EuroDIG.

wolf.ludwig to send an email to the EURALO mailing ist asking who would be interested in using the CROPP slots for EuroDIG, including the Individual members of the EURALO Individual Association. Deadline to send request is 7th April at 12:00 UTC

Selection criteria. EURALO Board members discussed the following ideas: Selection criteria should be well defined, some elements will be: candidates from Eastern countries, members not supported before should be included; more experienced members should also be accepted as to have a mix of people with skills to do outreach; Members from peripheral part of Europe should be included. Potential candidate: Fellow from Russia (Olivier please provide the name) and Andrei to investigate Belarus potential candidate
EURALO Board will form a CROPP Selection Committe if there are more than 5 requests / candidates. They will review the requests and shall discuss the candidacies in camera

European Regional At-Large Organization (EURALO)
