- Membership: The ALAC decides on membership with  EURALO's advice

- Seat of the Association can be determined even if not officially registered, no legal implications

- Founding members: All of existing ALSes - This is stated in the MOU.

•  Florian Hule to send a draft to all WG members and staff to post it in the WG page
• Timeline for completion:   targeting Summer 2017
•  Florian to work on the draft  with the aim to present it to EURALO members in Copenhagen
