Action Items: 2017.02.03 EURALO Bylaws Next Steps Call

1. wolf.ludwig, erich.schweighofer and Florian Hule will meet in Vienna to produce a draft By-Laws on February 18th.
2. Roadmap: After meeting in Vienna on February 18th, EURALO leaders will send a draft to the EURALO By Laws Task Force membership, Gisella Gruber to prepare a doodle for a conference call with the By-Laws Task Force for the week of February 20-24th. The next step will be a call with the EURALO Board on the 27th. The, ICANN Legal will review the draft in early March. and then the draft By-Laws shall be presented to all members at the EURALO GA at the Copenhagen meeting. Note that EURALO needs a 2/3 majority to approve the new By-Laws.
