Lutz Donnerhacke:sandra: RIPE is very special. Those people do know enough about ICANN and are already involved into the process. Outreach would mean to do to groups which are not connected, but are as valueable .

Mirjana Tasic:For the new ALS , I am coming from SEE, the main problem is to provide some finance for functioning. It will be good if somewhere exists the paper with advices, how to provide basic funds for functioning.
