  Roberto Gaetano:I think that a vote, to be valid, must have at least 50%+1 of the members. If a GA has 1/3 of the participants, still the vote must be from 50%+1, so an online voting is necessary

  Roberto Gaetano:If the majority, i.e. 50%+1 of the members, have already expressed a positive vote, there is no point in having the vote still open, excepto for courtesy for the absent members. So a red herring.
