Review Draft Agenda and Speakers

AI from last call: Staff will follow up on the invitation for Rod Beckstrom to introduce Vint Cerf at the Showcase event on behalf of NARALO. - IN PROGRESS

AI: Staff will provide speaking notes for Rod - IN PROGRESS

AI: Heidi will follow up with ICANN's legal and meetings department whether ICANN could act as the "supplier" record for Google to cut a PO against. - IN PROGRESS

AI: Chris will copy in Heidi Ullrich and the At-Large Staff on his communications with Google to move ahead with the sponsorship situation.

Update on Showcase Material

AI: Darlene will check what ALSes have working URL and updated contact information.

Darlene: The unaffiliated members should be represented at the showcase.

AI: Evan will send the factsheet for his ALS.

Update on Logistics

The WG agreed that the Staff will ask for drinks and warm snacks for 70 people with the possibility to add additional cold snacks for an additional 30 - 50 people.

AI: Gisella will organize wine bottles from different continents for Vint. - IN PROGRESS

AI: Staff will ask meetings staff to promote the NARALO Showcase on TV monitors on Saturday through Monday. - IN PROGRESS

AI: Staff will ask meetings to add a link to the NARALO showcase on the main meetings website. - IN PROGRESS

Darlene: The factsheets will be printed on paper and put on on a Board. They will also be linked to the website.

AI: Joly will look into providing a laminated version of the NARALO RALO logo to be put on the banner.
