Review Draft Agenda and Speakers (Eduardo)(10 mins)

Eduardo: I updated the agenda at https://icann-community.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/NARALO/pages/110264520/NARALO+-+Proposed+Showcase+Agenda

The updated agenda was endorsed. All speakers have been confirmed except Rod Beckstrom.

AI: Staff will send an invitation to Rod Beckstrom on behalf of NARALO to introduce Vint Cerf.

Gift for Vint

Heidi: The ExCom thought wine would be a nice gift. We could collect several bottles of wine from different At-Large regions.

It was decided that Vint should be given wine and chocolate.

ALS Presentation

It was suggested that Eric Brunner-Williams should represent the individual members.

Sponsorship letter

AI: Chris will follow up on the sponsorship letter he sent to Google.

Promotion of the Showcase Event

Heidi: In addition to the flyer, ICANN will be working on additional promotional material.

Snacks and Drinks

Heidi: If there are no sponsors, ICANN would pay for USD 1800. Unfortunatly, because of the unions and liability reasons, it is not possible to bring drinks and snacks from outside.

AI: Staff will get in touch with the meetings staff to get detailed numbers for the food and drink items.
