2. CROP Trip Allocation: discussion to be continued

Suggested approach: 1) CROP, 2) RALO Discretionary Funding, 3) GSE collaboration all focused on the RALO Outeach Strategy

  • Cross-RALO wiki space - satish.babu and  RALO chairs to discuss what needs to be done with the wikis and come back to staff with requirements on parameters of the activity. Defer until next meeting.

3. Greater collaboration and communication with GSE - Notes of increased collaboration. Kobe workshop with GSE. Subcommittee on O/E Liaison from GSE is Adam Peake. ABR review included GSE. Olivier is participating in a GSE hosted workshop in Brussels.

4. ATLAS III - Enhancing Participation 

MH gave update on Leadership Development and Program subgroups.ATLAS III criteria will be ready for Kobe


5. Kobe Agenda

  • -  satish.babu and all RALOs to discuss the topics via mailing list. Workshop style format could be implemented. Guest speakers to be decided.

ALS decertification - Staff have started their annual ALS rep re-certification. Should look into having a similar process for individuals.
