and review of the OUTSTANDING July AIs:  ALAC and At-Large Action Items 14-19 July Workspace 

All RALOs are to look at the ALS application form so as to ensure that it is accessible and easier to use. Dev Anand Teelucksingh, Garth Bruen, Holly Raiche, Glenn McKnight, Aziz Hilali, and Wolf Ludwig will work on this task.

Matt Ashtiani is to work with the At-Large community on the development of a Beginner's Guide for the ALSes with the aim of producing it by the Buenos Aires Meeting.

4. Update ALAC Metrics Subcommitte WG - Maureen Hilyard (5 mins)

5. RALO Secretariats/ ATLAS II and Capacity Building meetings in Argentina (discussion to define Agenda topics).

Joint ATLAS II and Regional Secretariats Meeting - Wednesday, 20 November 2013 

6. Review of RALOs ROP reviews to make them consistent with the new ALAC ROPs.  Amendment of each RALO's Rules of Procedures to be consistent with the New ALAC ROPs.  So far only APRALO started this work. Look: https://icann-community.atlassian.net/wiki/display/APRALO/APRALO+Rules+of+Procedures+Review+2013. Results are expected for March 2014. 

7. Community Regional Outreach Pilot Program (CROPP)  -  Dev Anand Teelucksingh

8. Discussion on the use of the Cross-RALO Policy Development Activities and Processes Workspace 

As noted in Durban, this space is to provide an overview of main issues of concern for each RALO and place to exchange ideas and initiatives.
