1.      Upcoming At Large 360 Review – Heidi and all RALOs.
2.      Outreach – New At-Large/ALAC document   draft document new At-Large Outreach documents- [Heidi- It was agreed that part of the Secretariat meeting in Singapore will be a joint session with the ALAC Outreach Sub-Committee]
3.      Metrics (AFRALO, LACRALO could present their draft metrics, APRALO) NARALO and EURALO have basic metrics. Discussion on CROSS RALO metrics applicable to all RALOs equally.
4.      ATLAS II implementation – progress RALO Recommendations : Note   : During last RALO Sec call it was agreed : “HU will work with a small group to develop a report for the Board on ATLAS II recommendations including RALO specific recommendations 28,29,42,43”. This could be a good time to report on any progress made.
