Ā Ā Heidi Ullrich:@Daniel, the new ALSes having an onboarding program for staff and are given resources when they join. They also have access to the At-Large Capacity Building Webinars.
Ā Ā Heidi Ullrich:However, much more onboarding is needed as well as a 'journey' for new ALSes.
