Staff to review ALAC review Improvements budget to confirm whether the cost of the due diligence process will be covered.

Staff to create a generic e-mail address for potential candidates to ask questions to the members of the BCEC. The e-maill will be forwarded to the BCEC list.

Staff will create a wiki space for the draft SOI.
