1. Annette to work with Cheryl, Jacqueline to ensure the publication of the minutes of the Budget and Finance Committee of the ALAC held in June 2007 on list. (Annette)
2. All open issues on the Rules of Procedure to be sent to the list on or before 24th September
3. The Rules of Procedure are to be adopted either without objection or, objections are made and a vote is required, said vote to conclude on or before 29th September.
4. Alan to write a letter of thanks to Vittorio for his long service to the At-Large committee and community (Alan)
5. All RALOs to provide their conclusive advice on candidates for appointment to the Nominating Committee by 16th September
6. Where more than one candidate in a particular region exists, a vote is to be held using the instant runoff method from 22nd to 26th September.
7. Notification to the NomCom of those appointed to the Nominating Committee from the ALAC to be transmitted on the 30th September.
8. Discussions related to the proposed At-Large Summit to be moved to an ‘official’ mailing list established for this purpose (Sebastien)
9. A subcommittee of the ALAC to produce a schedule of meetings and draft agendas for the same (Annettte, Robert, Veronica, Staff, and Didier Kasole)
