Action Items from At-Large Meetings during the 37th ICANN Meeting in Nairobi, Kenya

ALAC and Regional Leaders Workshop:
Staff to inform the community who is on the Fellowship selection committee. This information is to be posted.

Alan and Staff to work together to organize an ALAC meeting at end of this week to endorse the At-Large AoC RT candidates.

ABSDT:
By end of week of 15 March, members of the ABSdt to send text to At-Large community and to ICANN legal staff.

The next ABSdt call to be held at regular time in two weeks. In the meantime, the ABSdt is to continue to work on-line.

Wrap-Up Session:

W. Ludwig to speak with At-Large and Global Partnership staff re planning of EURALO Showcase to be held during the 38th ICANN Meeting in Brussels.

S. Herlein-Leite to send presentation to C. Langdon-Orr to bring it to the next ALAC meeting in March. Once the ALAC have approved the text, ALAC is to send it to the VP of Marketing and Communications.

The regional leaders to give information on regional outreach/in-reach activities to ALAC Budget and Finance Sub-committee. This committee is to than meet on an annual basis with KW with Global Partnerships at the table.

This is to be done during March and April – so all members of budget and finance committee are to be re-confirmed at March ALAC meeting.
