  • yrjo.lansipuro and Olivier Crépin-Leblond to send the following statements : 1) Revised ICANN Procedure for Handling WHOIS Conflicts with Privacy Law:Process and  2) Next Steps and Draft Framework of Interpretation for Human Rights  to the relevant ALSes identified in the ALS expertise table, asking if they are willing to comment on those statements.

  •  Olivier Crépin-Leblond and staff to open the election process in the summer for the position of Secretariat  which shall be renewed until the AGM 2017.

  • Olivier Crépin-Leblond to ask the ALAC Chair to encourage the ALAC to become actively involved in preparation of the statement on the  "Revised ICANN Procedure For Handling WHOIS Conflicts with Privacy Law". The ALAC should also  get in touch with ICANN staff in charge of the  Cross community session on GDPR  scheduled for Block 4, Day 2 in Johannesburg so that the At-Large community participates in this session as sponsoring SOAC.
