-Improve participation of ALS in the Policy development process

- ICANN Academy:  Actual training and orientation of the new apointeess/leaders.

- All RALOs to think of ideas how to improve ALSes participation/motivate ALSes.

2. All RALO Chairs and Sec to send reminders to ask questions to Board candidates

3.  Glenn Videos/footage : The RALO Secretariats are asked to take some measures to get the videos and to archived them. Staff to work on this.
