Booth: some kind of ribbon/badges to identify the At-Large members maning the booth

Staff to ensure that members of SC on O/E members are included in discussions on outreach planning.

Glenn to work with At-Large Staff and Deborah Escalera on coordinating At-Large outreach activities at the ICANN booth during ICANN 59.
