Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO):Of course *if we had time* we could have 'removed obvious references that allowed us to 'recognise' some of the applicants so easlily ... BUT that said I still think the effort to 'go blind' in the first cull helps us reduce inherent bias risks

Cheryl Langdon-Orr (CLO):IMO it is NMCom job to appoint "OUTSIDERS" of course we should always be open within our process to 'newbies' bit risk on appointment of unknowns is high in thty for an AC appointment

Heidi Ullrich:The NARALO rules for ALAC terms are: These members will serve for terms of two (2) years and may not serve more than two consecutive terms totaling more than 40 months.
