Decision:

• BCEC has unanimously agreed on short listing C2231 (Leon Sanchez), C2398 (Sebastien Bachollet), and C2565 (Alan Greenberg) to proceed to Detailed Evaluation 

Action Items:

• julie.hammer to ensure the following issues are discussed for possible inclusion in the BCEC Report which will be produced after the conclusion of the selection process:
  • Possible inclusion of criteria focussed on advocating for end user interests to balance the weight put on ALAC experience 
  • Value and effectiveness of the 'blind evaluation' as the Initial Evaluation step 
• gunela.astbrink to lead the interview with Alistair, with the participation of one more volunteer (Vanda, Louis, or Yrjo) 
• Terri Agnew to send a doodle poll to vanda, Louis Houle, yrjo.lansipuro, gunela.astbrink, and julie.hammer to find an appropriate time for the interview with Alistair (copying Ariel Liang and Heidi Ullrich)
• BCEC to discuss further consultation with Referees and follow up questions during the meeting on 5 Dec 
• Ariel Liang to share the link to the announcement email with BCEC 
• Ariel Liang to publish the BCEC timeline on the wiki (brief version) 
• Ariel Liang to make the reference and resume page available to BCEC 
• Terri Agnew to revise the  05 December BCEC meetings duration to 90 minutes
