Policy Session: 

GG/HU to schedule At-Large Working Session with Ajay, Don and John Laprise presentation on how At-Large can be useful to spread information to the regions. 


GAC/ALAC: 

Gisella Gruber to work with YL and GAC support staff on full joint ALAC/GAC session (Tuesday 25 June, 11:00-11:30; possibly extended by 15 mins)

Possible topics: 

-Capacity Building

-UA


Update Session to include: ATLASIII and ARIWG.


Two internal sessions: 

Duration: 60 to 90 mins

1) Assign people to participate (with Talking Points) at the beginning of the week

2) Feedback and evaluation on participation in the policy development sessions. 


Final At-Large Session to be a Development Session with a review of ICANN65 and looking forward to ICANN66. 


GG/HU to consult with MH on scheduling time for GM/CC/LS


Yesim Saglam to send a Doodle for next ICANN65 At-Large Planning Committee call next week.
