"Different alternatives to solve the issue of attachments - The problem (and thus proposed solution) is a technology issue and not a translation issue. With the ICANN IT staff aware of the problem, hopefully a solution can be found that could be implemented by them. As such, this aspect of the report could be removed..
Dev Anand Teelucksingh: Regardless, I've repeatedly mentioned in previous calls that the idea of relying on cloud services and not having attachments is dangerous for historical purposes. A link to a attachment to a cloud service can disappear in the future when the user has left LACRALO or the cloud service has discontinued service."
