  • The agenda was put forward by Tijani Ben Jemma and adopted by the group
  • The issue of inactive ALSes was discussed.  Secretariats will prepare written proposals on how to deal with inactive ALSes which Staff will organize and distribute. 
  • The Secretariats will review the ALAC/At-Large Improvements Final Report and discuss in Dakar. 
  • An overview of the Dakar AFRALO Capacity building sessions was given by Tijani Ben Jemaa.
