  Maureen Hilyard:Not all working groups have wiki pages - this will be an additional problem for collating attendance, etc
  Silvia Vivanco:@ Maureen, most, if not all At large WGs have wikis, and we can create WIKIs if some don't have them. No problem

  Maureen Hilyard:being automated would  take the onus on reminders from staff
  Maureen Hilyard:then they can concerntrate on the consistency of the headers, etc
