  Darlene Thompson:Also, often its just one person in the org that was interested in ICANN (like Consumer WebWatch) and that person moves on.
  Oksana Prykhodko:May be regional IGFs are the best place to review if this one ALAS exists or not
  Darlene Thompson:Most of our ALSs are not involved in IGF
  Oksana Prykhodko:Yes, but there may be other participants from their countries, which know aout them
  Darlene Thompson:Next question:  Who keeps track of whether they have participated on the list for a year (or for however long)?  Does ICANN Staff have those figures?
  Oksana Prykhodko:It's only about unexisting ALSs
  Darlene Thompson:No, its also about ALSs that do not participate
  Darlene Thompson:In NARALO anyways
  Oksana Prykhodko:I understand your concern, but it seems to me that regional IGFs can help also to understand, WHY existing ALS does not participate
  Olivier Crepin-Leblond:I don't think we need to give solutions today - we just need to structure the discussion in Singapore. But this is a good discussion.

  Darlene Thompson:@Wolf:  That wouldn't work for our region as none of our ALSs participate in our regional IGF
  Wolf Ludwig:Agree Darlene - this may differ from region to region.
  Olivier Crepin-Leblond:There is a already one tool which Thomas Narten runs, which does posting statistics. This provides a weekly list of people who has posted
  Oksana Prykhodko:@Wolf - it's not about criteria. For example, Ukrainian Internet asoociation just yesterday asked me what is its status now is in EurALO - they did not receive any official confirmation of their accepting
  Olivier Crepin-Leblond:This information could be piped into another tool which links posters to ALSes and enters the results into a table. Just an example.
