Brenda Brewer: Welcome to the Client Committee Meeting on 14 May.
Greg Shatan: Hello, all!
Sharon Flanagan: Hi everyone
Jonathan Robinson: Anyone heard from Maarten? I suggest we commence
Lise Fuhr: Hi all
Lise Fuhr: I think Maarten is excused
Lise Fuhr: it is holiday in NL too
Jonathan Robinson: OK. Geg will you chair?
Holly Gregory: greetings.
Jonathan Robinson: Geg = Greg
Josh Hofheimer (Sidley): Greetings as well.
Jonathan Robinson: I think the key outstanding from Sidley is Heads of Terms
Jonathan Robinson: We owe Sidley the project plan with key milesotnes
Jonathan Robinson: Under item 3, we'll need to soon take stock of where we are in terms of Sidley's current scope of work. When is the "end" and how, if at all will we need to extend this?
Sharon Flanagan: @ Jonathan - agreed
Lise Fuhr: I agree we need to think about what is needed in BA
Lise Fuhr: We hope to have a final proposal in BA
Lise Fuhr: Call it a huddle once more!!
Josh Hofheimer (Sidley): The intensive days are 28-29, correct. Not 27-28 as just referenced by Jonaathan, correct?
Lise Fuhr: Yes 28 -29
Josh Hofheimer (Sidley): thx
Sharon Flanagan: very helpful -- this is the timeline we were looking for
Jonathan Robinson: @Holly. It's not off track. It's essentially part of item 3
Josh Hofheimer (Sidley): @Icann Staff, could you post the link in the notes to the slide Greg just referred to? Thanks
Sharon Flanagan: Can you clarify whether we should plan to be on all Tuesday/Thursday CWG calls and if so, have invites sent to us
Holly Gregory: also please let us know if helpful for one of us -- likely me -- to attend Brussels intensive in perso
Sharon Flanagan: They are not on our calendars
Brenda Brewer: I will send as soon as this call ends.
Jonathan Robinson: Note: Call next Thursday - 21st - is likely to be cancelled. No 4am for Sharon!
Josh Hofheimer (Sidley): Thank you, please also send invites for the intensive meetings
Sharon Flanagan: Hallaujah (Josh too in California)
Greg Shatan: I thought you lived for 4 am calls.
Sharon Flanagan: Yes, we will do that
Jonathan Robinson: @Greg. Sharon did commit to add this time (on tax) to the punch list
Sharon Flanagan: Keeping numbering consistent as we agreed
Lise Fuhr: I need to leave in 5 minutes - sorry

Lise Fuhr: Thank you and good bye to all
Jonathan Robinson: @Holly. I am smiling. Unusual to say the least. Unique is my favourite overused word. Here for once it is relevant!
