Action Items

Action (Sidley): develop second draft of punch list with references to relevant DT and CWG as a whole (include priorities for which items on punch list need to be addressed)

Action (Sidley/Client Committee): assist with firming up detail on CWG-Stewardship dependencies in CCWG-Accountability proposal 

Action (Sidley: update the legal structure memo and provide to CWG
