  Glenn McKnight:As mentioned in the Fundraising game you recruit people  with small and purposeful  messaging tailored to their  interest.  You cultivate  the relationship over time so they feel that involvement has  value and a return on their investment  in time and energy

  Glenn McKnight:Its a step by step process well document by the  Association of  Professional Fundraisers

  Glenn McKnight:Some of the engagements  can include  Infographics which can be distributed to their  networks

  Olivier Crepin-Leblond:My point Glen is that this "fund" should be in the ICANN standard budget and Heidi should have discretion of allocating the funds to save ICANN costs. It should not be an extra budget item that we might or moght not receive and might take away funds elsewhere
