  Carlton Samuels:I am in favour of a 2-year term for Chair returnable. I am less sanguine for VC but a single year term  returnable is best for turnover there.

It is hard to choose between people you can consider as friends  after spending to many hours virtually together, and even harder if friendships get broken because of votes
