Action Items: 2016-12-05 Board Candidate Evaluation Committee (BCEC)

Board Candidate Evaluation Committee (BCEC) call on Monday, 05 December 2016 at 21:00 UTC

Decisions:

• For consistency, all future BCEC Meetings will use the Adigo CONF ID 3535
• The BCEC has agreed that, at this time, we should not respond directly to the concerns and confusion expressed by some members of the At-Large Community with regard to our announcement of Candidates and our process and timeline.  The matter is being handled by Tijani Ben Jemaa in the BMSPC and we are best to allow him to mange it.
• The BCEC has agreed that there are no questions or clarifications that need to be sent to any Referee in regard to any Candidate
• The BCEC has agreed that the Shortlisted Candidates will remain as agreed in the last meeting with no additions to be made 
  • Alan Greenberg, Leon Sanchez, and Sebastien Bachollet to continue in Detailed Evaluation
• The BCEC has agreed to use only one poll for the Detailed Evaluation and use the extra time for further discussions of the Shortlisted Candidates   

Action Items:

• julie.hammer to revise the timeline to reflect the changes related to the Poll for the Detailed Evaluation (Note: this has not been done as it was believed it may cause further confusion regarding the BCEC Timeline)
• Terri Agnew to adjust invites for future BCEC Meetings to notify the Adigo CONF ID is now 3535
• Terri Agnew to email Vanda, Eduardo, and Carlos Raúl Gutiérrez and ask whether they are available for 21:00 UTC on either Thu 8 Dec or Fri 9 Dec. Once they confirm availability, Terri to send a revised meeting invite to BCEC. 
• gunela.astbrink to communicate with other BCEC Members who are attending to IGF to find a place to attend the meeting
