Saturday: Kolb Session and Welcome, Prep and Review of the Day Session (inlcuding brief session on establishing ground rules in Japan and reporting); setting expectations and reporting; include Finance and Leon. review of the day. 

Sunday: Keep it open for ALAC issues

Include Policy Issues;  ATLAS III and ARIWG Updates, Prep sessions for Board, GAC, etc. Invited guests: Goran/David O. and perhaps Jamie H. Meeting with ccNSO. (Session 9? Keith D.? put him in at the very end of this session)

Monday: 

Workshop with NPOC: developing resources to encourage more engagement within policy discussions.

ALAC/NPOC Session - to discuss resources. Consider who to invite - possibly Comms staff. 

Discussion on chat group. 

Tuesday: Regional Day - 1) Regional Leaders; 2) Strategic Plan; 3) O/E Workshop (RIRs) ; 4) Capacity Building - Brian  Gutterman (30 min);  

Wednesday: AFRALO/Africann, ALAC/GAC Meeting; Wrap Up I - swap with Session 17
