- Outreach to other SOs/Acs to request input – review of draft letter provided by Avri
- Further explore suggestion to conduct 'live' transfer as a learning opportunity, in conjunction with a change of control operation

Action items
- Statements of Interest – Last call for those that have not provided a statement of interest yet (Adam Eisner, Zeeshan Shoki) or that need to submit an SOI according to the new format (Zahid Jamil). Please do so by the end of this week.
- Outreach letter – please review the updated outreach letter which is to be sent to the SSAC, GAC, ALAC and ccNSO (see email circulated yesterday)
- Bob Mountain to co-ordinate small group of volunteers (Simonetta, Angie, Michele, Chris, Barbara, Jonathan) to develop case studies with regard to actual change of control and inter-registrar transfer of a domain name registration. The objective is to have different scenarios documented via screen shots which are then to be presented to the WG.
- Next meeting will take place on Tuesday 20 December at 15.00 UTC. (Please note that there will not be a WG meeting on 27 December. The WG will reconvene on 3 January 2012)
