AI: Heidi will contact Diane about the possible change in time for Jean-Jacques's presentation

AI: Wolf and Rudi will contact the ALS reps in Brussels and coordinate the speaking order of ALSes at the showcase event

AI: Heidi and Olivier will work on the speaking notes

AI: Yrjo will contact Annti with regards to possible red line topics and inform Olivier directly about the outcomes

AI: Staff will update the Showcase flyer to reflect the speakers once they are confirmed

AI: Staff will make printed versions of the ALS application forms available at the showcase event
