Michael Young: the volume on the call is quite low and ive got my headset all the way up

Michael Young: anyone else have that problem?

Berry Cobb: When we conduct the actual survey, we will want to include only those that complete.

Berry Cobb: We should not exclude for now, while we gather feedback. Some users may not choose to complete entire survey but provide feedback in certian areas.

Berry Cobb: To date, zero public comments posted.

Berry Cobb: Can all see page 12 that I have shown in AC now?

Susan Prosser: yes

Wilson Abigaba: @Berry, but we have some commemts for the question at the end of each section that asks respondents if they have any questions/comments about the particular section

Don Blumenthal: Thanks for your forebearance. I'm too jet lagged to ahve focused.

avri: yeah, i have not had a chance to look at it, yet, so have no comment.

Berry Cobb 2: Digest the results with a grain of salt. Users may choose to not answer how they really would answer if it were a final survey
