Work Management Process

The voting members will create work parties from the caucus based on [SW11] [two workflows].  Either a work party will be created in response to a request from the ICANN Board of Directors or will be self- generated.

[SW11] In what way is the process different if the request comes from the Board as opposed to some other part of the community?
