1.Humberto Carrasco won't be able to travel in person to Singapore. @Silvia Vivancoto follow up with CT if a replacement is still possible to travel in person to Singapore.
2. @Rodrigo Saucedo Linaresto share  2 links with LACRALO on Regional Projects .

        3. @Carlos Dionisio Aguirre will be in charge of  Capacity Building of LACRALO.

4. Status of the 3 outstadning documents are being re-edited and will be available for  31 January.
5. LACRALO Elections:  Way forward was discussed:

  •  Consensus - Online vote -  Staff to run the survey (no country co-efficient calculation)

  •   Decision: Staff will run the poll as normally done, including the country coefficient.

@ramon.soto and @humberto.carrasco to send the wording of the vote to staff and Timeframe to run the poll
