  Julia Charvolen:yes it is working for me at the moment, IT has been updating Adobe and it has been a bad idea actually many cannot even get onto AC

  Chuck Gomes:I think we should agree on the language now.

  Claudia MacMaster Tamarit (ISO):Certainly not refused if it is TMCH registration.  Right.

  Claudia MacMaster Tamarit (ISO):Then you need to take out reserved

  Claudia MacMaster Tamarit (ISO):Either we are describing the TMCH (which I'm not so sure we really need to do, as it is already defined).  OR we are taking about possible exception procedures for legitimitate uses of reserved names.

  Claudia MacMaster Tamarit (ISO):In that case, conditional refusal might well occur in the sense that a legitimate use might be shown.

  Thomas Rickert:You also need to amend the heading

  Claudia MacMaster Tamarit (ISO):That sounds reasonable, Thomas.

  Claudia MacMaster Tamarit (ISO):I think that including the alternative language is a fine idea.  Just might want to add precision to identifiers, e.g., exact match, full name,
