• Co-founder of LACNIC.
• Co-founder of eCOMLAC -LAC Federation of Internet and e-Commerce.
• Project Leader and Director of ICANN Accredited Registry of “.lat” gTLD.
• CABASE Project Leader of IoT Coordination Center and Marketplace.
• Project Leader and Vice-president of Argentina IoT Chamber – CAIoT.
• Executive Director and coordinator of relaunched eCOMLAC, now renamed LAC Federation of Internet and Digital Technologies. Project Leader of cutting-edge initiative – Digital Transformation and AI deployment strategies.

Involved in the creation of ICANN as a member of IFWP (the group that defined ICANN as an organization).
