Decisions:

  • BCEC has agreed that the emails to individual Candidates will be sent immediately after the BCEC Meeting, at 22:00 UTC on Thursday 15 December
    • Emails to successful Candidates will seek their acknowledgement and agreement to submit to a background check
    • Emails to unsuccessful Candidates will seek their acknowledgement and ask if they would like their EoIs passed to the 2017 Nominating Committee
  • BCEC has agreed that the BCEC Slate of Candidates will be released at 22:00 UTC on Friday 16 December

Action Items:

  •  All BCEC Members to provide written feedback for the Process Review by 21:00 UTC Sunday 18 December, 24hrs before the next BCEC Meeting (21:00 UTC Monday 19 December)
