Working Method | Every member needs to be able to invest a few hours leading up to the next ICANN meeting towards the work of the group. The group meets through telephone conferences (1 hour), and potentially in face-to-face meetings during the ICANN meetings. However, most work is done online. Calls take place on Wednesdays, 13 UTC. |
Meeting frequency | Irregular. Approximately once a month leading up to an ICANN meeting. The group potentially meets face-to-face at ICANN meetings. |

MEETING A | COMMUNITY FORUM
• 1st meeting in the three-meeting annual cycle
• Duration is six (6) total days
• Format is similar to the current ICANN Meeting, with exception of the revised format for the Public Forum
MEETING B | POLICY FORUM
• 2nd meeting in the three-meeting annual cycle
• Duration is four (4) total days
• Format focused on SO/AC/SG/C policy work and outreach
• NO welcome ceremony, high-interest topics, public forum, public board meeting, sponsor exhibition area
