Stephen Deerhake:I concur with Byron. Very useful to have, and if the ECA ever is called into action, it will be very useful to be able to explain to the non-ICANN active ccTLD community what is going on...
Stephen Deerhake:Debbie, I would argue "Yes", subject to the will of the ccNSO Council, which has removal powers.
Bart Boswinkel:If Councillors eligible to nominate are of the view that one or more candidates do not meet the Selection Criteria, the candidate(s) will be informed accordingly and their response/Expressions of Interest will not be considered.
Stephen Deerhake:Given Debbie's concerns, perhaps we should push this back to the F2F meeting to give us some time to review and perhaps modify this language...
