  • Report of PTI performance against SLAs - 100% compliance with the 65 SLAs

  • Additional agreed SLAs to be finalized after GNSO/ccNSO agreement

  • Tabling of suggested additional SLAs on the KSK ceremony and audit/reporting of future ceremonies - to be discussed at the next few meetings

  • Details of revised KSK April ceremony (to address social distancing rules because of COVID-19) to be circulated once passed by the ICANN Board
