Dev: the podcasts could be enhanced by adding visual aspects

Number 3 and 4 of the Secretariats Improvements have been addressed

AI: Matthias to ask Nick whether he could take on item number 5 of the Secretariat Improvements plan

AI: Add a new item to the Improvements Plan on improving the RALO microsites and the FR and ES language sections of atlarge.icann.org

Dev: there should also be more information for prospective ALSes such as a slideshow
