  Rubens Kuhl:UOL is a 2009 registrar, but the research included ccTLD, legacy gTLDs and new gTLDs.

  Rubens Kuhl:UOL will likely drop their accreditation after their 2009 agreement expires.

  Rubens Kuhl:More important than being registrars or resellers, the main domain outlets in Brazil do not sell any new gTLDs at all.

Hoy al ver las estadisticas, veo en un primer lugar destacadísimo a Islas Caimán, un paraíso fiscal que es utilizado por todo el mundo, no se pagan impuestos, etc. etc.
