Natalia Enciso:So, dont see the point spending so much time in this that we are already discussing in the list. It is preferable to spend that precious time in the GA

Therefore we circulate the current bye laws to the region as well as the item points proposed for change for review and to bring all the members up to date. We recognise that the bye laws are there to support participation therefore we hold working group sessions to encourage and to listen to ALSES as to how they wish to participate. We must acknowledge the amount of time that these discussions will take and that we should defer to an online vote
