Olivier Crepin-Leblond: Thank you for all your comments/answers on the questions I asked (which, for the record were (1) should At-Large function as a marketing channel for new gTLD process and (2) is it time to inform end users now about the new gTLD process, or is it too early to do so? I am grateful for your answers which are recorded - because I am going to use these answers in replying to questions which come up when I speak to Board members and other SO/AC Chairs.

Carlton Samuels: @Fatima: No  disagreement but IMO,  OCL's suggestion was not a replacement  for ICANN Corporate action but to AUGMENT and make it more effective, especially at the edge.  His argument was the At-Large as a channel for information
