Maureen to send a reminder to the RALO Secretariats list to provide feedback to the METRICS WG

2. garth.bruen and @ Glenn Mc Knight to work with RALO leaders to draft an AGENDA for the meeting in LA by September 19^th.

3. All RALOs to start work on ATLAS II Recommendations : 28, 29, 42 and 43 to report their progress in the LA meeting.
